1. Who We Are

Ethereal Softech Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified IT company registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Contact: info@etherealsoftech.com

2. Data We Collect

When you use the contact or quote form on our website, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your project description
  • Your IP address (for spam prevention)

When you apply for a role through our application form (including the internship and training programs), we additionally collect:

  • The role, track, or program you are applying for
  • Your CV or resume file, if you choose to attach one (PDF, DOC, or DOCX)
  • Your portfolio, LinkedIn, or GitHub link, if you provide one
  • Anything you write in the message field

A CV may itself contain personal details such as your photograph, date of birth, nationality, or education and employment history. You choose what to include, and you are never required to attach a file: you may email us instead, or share a link. We do not collect payment information or passwords, and we never ask for identity documents, caste, religion, health, or biometric data at the application stage.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your enquiry about our services
  • To send you a project quote
  • To follow up on your request
  • To assess your job, internship, or training application and contact you about it

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Your enquiry is delivered directly to our email inbox via our PHP mail handler running on our shared hosting server located in India. We do not store form submissions in a database. Emails are retained in our inbox for up to 12 months, then deleted.

Job, internship, and training applications are delivered to our HR inbox (hr@etherealsoftech.com) rather than the general enquiry inbox. Any CV you attach is passed straight to that email and is not saved to our web server. Applications are retained for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future openings, then deleted. Ask us at any time to delete yours sooner.

5. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise these rights, email us at info@etherealsoftech.com with subject line “Data Request”. We will respond within 72 hours.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These services are disabled by default on first visit and activated only after you accept cookies via the consent banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies (this resets the banner on your next visit), or opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Tag Manager: loads analytics and marketing scripts only after you accept cookies
  • Google Analytics 4: website usage statistics (anonymised, activated only after consent)
  • Microsoft Clarity: session recording and heatmaps (activated only after consent, loaded via GTM)
  • Google Maps: embedded map on our Contact page (loads on page visit)
